Our Civil Division whose primary duties are to serve civil processes and conduct monthly registration verification checks on all sex offenders registered in the unincorporated areas of Milam County.  As of 2024 the Milam County Sheriff's Office averages 290 civil processes to serve throughout the county from various law firms and government agencies.
